Watch WWE’s tribute video to Rowdy Roddy Piper
On July 31, Hall of Fame WWE wrestler “Rowdy’’ Roddy Piper passed away. During that night’s WWE Raw, the team lined up for a 10-bell salute to “Rowdy,’’ then a tribute video aired. The WWE twitter account later tweeted the video.

Piper, whose real name was Roderick George Toombs, was well known for his “Hot Rod’’ t-shirt, kilt and bagpipe entrance music.
UFC fighter Ronda Rousey also posted a tribute to the late wrestler on Instagram, dedicating her win over Bethe Correia to Piper, who allowed Rousey share the nickname, “Rowdy.’’
