Duke is back on top.

For the fifth time under head coach Mike Krzyzewski, the Duke Blue Devils cut down the nets as national champions. In a battle of No. 1 seeds, Duke rallied past Wisconsin for a 68-63 comeback win in the climactic game of the 2015 NCAA men’s basketball tournament on Monday night at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

“My team had great grit and determination,’’ Krzyzewski told reporters after the win. “Our defense down the stretch was magnificent. We scored. I mean, we were fabulous down the stretch.’’

With freshmen accounting for all 37 of the team’s points after halftime, Duke erased a nine-point Wisconsin lead in the second half. Freshman guard Tyus Jones scored a game-high 23 points, including 19 in the final 20 minutes. After the final buzzer sounded and the streamers fell on the celebrating Duke squad, Jones was named the Final Four’s Most Outstanding Player.
