Watch: Rory McIlroy Chucks His Club Into the Water After Bad Shot

Rory McIlroy has secured more than his fair share of success throughout his still-young golf career, but it appears that he can get just as mad at his game as the rest of us.

The four-time major champion who has spent a total of 70 weeks as the No. 1 golfer in the world hit a bad shot while playing in the WGC-Cadillac Championship in Miami on Friday and took out his anger on his golf club Happy Gilmore-style.

This isn’t the first time that McIlroy has thrown his club after a poor shot; he did the same thing after a round where he had five bogeys and a double bogey during the 2012 BMW PGA Championship while playing on the European Tour.

No word on whether the club went farther than the ball.
