Revolution midfielder Lee Nguyen has had a career year, earning team MVP by scoring 18 goals, a franchise best nine game-winners along with five assists in 32 games, and has helped the Revs reach MLS Cup 2014. He can add being one of the top-11 players in the league to his season as well.

Nguyen, who is also a finalist for the MLS MVP award with Robbie Keen and Obafemi Martins, has scored two goals and three assists in the MLS Cup Playoffs.

The Revs take on the LA Galaxy on Sunday at 3 p.m., looking to win their first MLS Cup in their fifth appearance in the finals.
