Widespread panic

Make sure you watch out for that nut job on the corners of Boylston and Dartmouth.

You also might want to stay clear of the desperation crawling on Congress St.

Apparently, there are a lot of panicky souls out there, at least according to Blue Jays president and CEO Paul Godfrey.

The Toronto Sun’s Mike Rutsey reports that at the team’s annual “State of the Franchise” last night, Godfrey told the 600 fans in attendance, “There is excitement in the streets of Toronto. There’s panic in the streets of Boston.”

And what, ambivalence in the streets of New York? Apathy in the streets of Baltimore? Irrelevance in the streets of Tampa?
