Kyle Shanahan and the San Fransisco 49ers got creative to score the first touchdown of Super Bowl 58.

Shanahan dialed up a trick play, with Brock Purdy throwing a screen pass to Jauan Jennings, who threw the ball all the way back across the field to Christian McCaffrey. McCaffrey sprinted into the endzone with ease to give San Fransisco a 10-0 lead over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Watch the play unfold here:

Both teams’ defenses held strong in the opening frame, leading to a scoreless 15 minutes. The 49ers got the ball rolling in the second quarter with a Super Bowl record 55-yard field goal by Jake Moody.
