Tom Brady’s kids warn him about the Falcons

The quarterback's children don't share the same confidence as Patriots' fans.

New England may have faith in Tom Brady to bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy at Super Bowl 51 this weekend, however, Brady’s three children aren’t so sure.

The quarterback told E! News at a press conference that he’s not one for discussing the importance of the big game with his kids, Jack, 9, Benjamin, 7, and Vivian, 4.

“They probably get most of it from their friends, not necessarily dad,” he said. “When they’re with me they don’t want to talk about too much football, other than to say, ‘Dad, the Atlanta Falcons are really good—they are a really good team. I don’t know if you could beat them.'”

Brady has discussed his childrens’ interest–or lack thereof– in football before. The four-time Super Bowl champion told “Dennis and Callahan” that his kids look exhausted after Patriots games.

“It looks like they played the game,” he said, adding that he will support his children whether they follow in his football footsteps or not.

“Whatever they want to do, that’s what they’ll do,’’ said Brady. “And I’ll do my best to support the things they love. I’ve found things I love.’’

We’re guessing that Brady’s kids will change their mind about talking football with their dad if he comes home with a fifth Super Bowl ring and the coolest show-and-tell item ever.
