Corey Conners lived out a dream nearly every golfer has when he got a hole-in-one at the Masters Tournament on Saturday.
He played hole No. 6 (par 3, 182 yards) to perfection, becoming the sixth player to ever record a hole-in-one on the sixth hole in Masters history and the first since 2013. The moment of brilliance put him within two shots of the lead.

The ball took once high bounce on the green and then rolled directly into the hole.

Conners, 29, is from Listowel in Ontario, Canada. He’s making his fourth Masters start after tying for 10th in 2020. According to his bio on Masters.com, he’s “a huge hockey fan and something of a math wiz, having majored in actuarial mathematics at Kent State.”
