Boston Fleet forward Alina Müller is starting to heat up on the frozen sheet.

The dynamic winger was the Fleet’s top offensive conduit this past week, scoring a goal and adding three assists over Boston’s last two games.

For her efforts, Müller was named the PWHL’s First Star of the Week (Jan. 20-26), helping Boston split a pair of games against the Toronto Sceptres
and Minnesota Frost.

Müller left her fingerprints all over Boston’s victory over Toronto on Wednesday at Tsongas Center — lighting the lamp and adding a pair of assists in the Fleet’s 4-1 victory.

Müller opened the scoring for the Fleet in Lowell, snapping home a wrist shot at 4:27 into the first period for her first tally of the season. She helped double Boston’s lead later in the period, setting up Emily Brown’s goal at 17:48 of the first after orchestrating a slick, no-look backhand feed across the crease.

Just 58 seconds into the third, Müller capped her scoring salvo by taking a rebound opportunity and feeding the biscuit over to Shay Maloney to make it a 3-0 game.

Müller etched her name on the stat sheet again during Sunday’s 5-2 loss at Minnesota, setting up Hilary Knight’s fifth goal of the season at 10:54 in the second period.

It’s been a slow start for Müller this season, with the Swiss native and Northeastern University alum scoreless in her first eight games. But she’s heating up as of late, tallying eight points in her last three contests.
