Winter Olympics? More like the Windier Olympics, amirite?

Sorry.

But seriously, it’s really, really windy in PyeongChang. Several events have been postponed because of the conditions, and athletes, spectators, and journalists have been instructed to take precautions when moving around outside in some areas.

Here’s one video showing how the wind rocked a tent constructed for working media, from Toronto Star sports columnist Bruce Arthur.

Many large items were blown over.

Organizers temporarily suspended some activities in certain areas of the Gangneung Olympic Park facility.

It sounds as though the winds have died down, and some of the delayed ski events are set to take place Wednesday night, but that looked pretty crazy for a bit.
