Jimmy Garoppolo pumped up the San Jose Sharks before Game 3
Jimmy Garoppolo’s performance in the final five games of the 2017 season opened the door to a five-year, $137.5 million contract. On Monday night, the San Francisco 49ers quarterback opened the door for the San Jose Sharks as they prepared to take on the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
“Let’s go Sharks fans! Get up out of your seats, let’s go!” Garoppolo screamed before letting the Sharks head to the ice.

Garoppolo’s support for his neighbors began when he started to grow out a playoff beard, and mentioned that he’d love to attend a game.
“So, getting up to the City, experiencing that,” he said on April 23 when asked if he’d had a chance to explore his new home. “I’d love to get to a Sharks game soon. There’s a bunch of stuff going on.”
Brent Burns, a defenseman for the Sharks with a beard of his own, tweeted at the quarterback.
