Before the Patriots make the trek to the West Coast for Super Bowl LX, the AFC champions will celebrate with their fans in Foxborough.
The Patriots announced on Wednesday afternoon that the team will hold a Super Bowl LX send-off rally on Sunday morning at Gillette Stadium.
Gates for the event will open at 9 a.m., with the rally beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Sunday’s rally will include a musical performance by the Dropkick Murphys, along with appearances from Patriots cheerleaders and various Patriots alumni.
Patriots ownership, head coach Mike Vrabel, and team captains will also address the crowd before leaving for T.F. Green Airport in Rhode Island around 11:30 a.m.
The Patriots will then begin their prep work in the Bay Area as they brace for a showdown with the Seahawks in Super Bowl LX. Kick-off from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara is set for 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8.
Sunday’s event is free of charge, but tickets will be required and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The ticket registration link will be posted Thursday morning on Patriots.com and across the team’s various social-media channels.
