FOXBOROUGH – No shirts, no shoes, no problem for Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins.
The Patriots wideout was on brand with his pregame attire ahead of Sunday’s showdown against the Buffalo Bills, walking into a snowy Gillette Stadium barefoot and with no shirt on.

The 32-year-old receiver is no stranger to shedding his shoes in any situation — well, except for when he laces up his cleats out on the gridiron.
Back in March, Hollins explained that he decided to go barefoot as often as he can after meeting with trainers from Melbourne, Australia years ago.
“That was their philosophy, is being barefoot and kind of getting back to your original ways of movement,” Hollins said. “That grew into me training barefoot all the time for about two years, three years. And then probably in the last two or three years I kind of went to the, ‘What’s the point?’ One less thing to pack, now the bag’s under 50 pounds. Like, I’m saving money. It really comes all together.”

Hollins, who lives in Florida during the offseason, is no stranger to the cold — especially after playing for the Bills during the 2024 season.
He was on brand with his pregame outfits during his time with Buffalo, dressing up as Animal from The Muppets (barefoot, of course) ahead of the Bills’ showdown with the Chiefs in the 2024 AFC Championship game.

“I think you can only get so used to the cold. Below 35 [degrees] I’ll put shoes on,” Hollins said. “There’s a few times where no matter what the temperature is at, I’ll put them on. … I’m barefoot, but I’m not a dummy. That’s the saying I like to live by.”
Hollins clearly shifted his line of thinking on Sunday, as the temperatures dipped a bit under 30 degrees during Sunday morning. Even with the snowy conditions in New England, there isn’t expected to be on any sustained precipitation ahead of kick-off at 1 p.m.
Hollins didn’t alter his unique outfit during warmups, as he once again reeled in a few catches sans shirt and shoes.
