NFL world shows support as Randy Moss announces battle with cancer

Randy Moss announced Friday that he’s been battling cancer.

The former Patriots wide receiver said a cancerous mass was found in his bile duct, between his pancreas and liver. He said he underwent a six-hour procedure to remove the cancer, was hospitalized for six days, and is now recovering.

“I didn’t think I would ever be in a position like this, as healthy as I thought I was,” Moss said.
