Former Patriots cornerback Jack Jones offered his opinion on a perceived newfound happiness in Mac Jones.

The Jaguars recently posted a Tik-Tok video of Jones introducing him to the fans after they traded for him. In the video, Jones said he feels comfortable sharing that he enjoys making rap music now that he’s not with the Patriots. He was also smiling and laughing in the video.

“They said Mac look happier in Jax lol it was NE it wasn’t Bill NE fans x1000000000000,” Jack Jones tweeted, followed by numerous thumbs down emojis.

Jack Jones made additional posts calling out Patriots fans and comparing them to Raiders fans.

Jack Jones remained with the Patriots for most of the season after being arrested on weapons charges at Logan Airport. The charges were dropped in exchange for a year of pretrial probation and 48 hours of community service.

New England cut Jack Jones in November and coach Bill Belichick declined to comment about why the team made the move. The Raiders signed Jones not long after he was waived.

“One day yall love mac the next day yall hate him,” Jack Jones wrote. “One day y’all love Jacc but the next day I’m a criminal that walk around wit guns.. raiders nation stand tall thru it all ups and downs from the time I been here fans had nothing but good things to say.”

Jack Jones responded to some of the criticism he faced from Patriots fans about his comments.

“Pats fans didn’t like that comment LOL stop acting like yall run the world and players don’t [expletive] up,” Jack Jones wrote. “Players [expletive] up and yall don’t run the world. Fan said “you would feel the same way (tried to say Mac had a trash season..) let me see a FAN WIN A GAME IN THE NFL.”
