The Redskins might have lost, but some of their players won something else instead.

After the Patriots defeated the Redskins 33-7 on Sunday, WBZ’s Joe Giza captured running back Adrian Peterson and tackle Donald Penn both asking Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for his jersey while the teams shook hands. Peterson, who asked first, was told he’d be gifted the No. 12 jersey right after the game.

“Aye, let me get your jersey,” Peterson said to Brady while giving him a hug.

“I’ll give it you right after the game. I’ll send it over.” Brady replied back.

Donald Penn also tried to snag Brady’s jersey, but Brady admitted that he already gave it to Peterson. Still, he offered to send him a different one.

“I gave it to AP, he asked me,” Brady said to Penn. “But I’ll send another one.”

Penn seemed to be fine with that deal.

“Appreciate it. Stay healthy,” he said to Brady.
