Julian Edelman spikes ceremonial puck drop before Bruins game
What did you think, Gronk?
After a raucous duck boat parade through Boston on Tuesday, Patriots owner Robert Kraft led several players to TD Garden for a visit to the Bruins’ game against the New York Islanders.
Among the football players who gathered at center ice in Bruins jerseys before the game was Super Bowl MVP Julian Edelman, who was given the honor of dropping the ceremonial puck to start the game. Edelman, who was supposed to drop the puck between Patrice Bergeron and Islanders captain Anders Lee, instead did his best imitation of teammate Rob Gronkowski.
