The Super Bowl champion New England Patriots got a Sports Illustrated cover treatment that declares them as the “G.O.A.T.: Greatest of All Teams.”
The cover highlights Tom Brady’s fist-pumping celebration as he, Rob Gronkowski, and the Patriots offensive line watched running back Sony Michel dive past Los Angeles Rams defenders and into the endzone to score Super Bowl LIII’s only touchdown.

Sports Illustrated called the Patriots the “greatest of all teams” after Bill Belichick and Tom Brady won their third Super Bowl title in five seasons and added the franchise’s sixth championship win since Brady took over as the team’s quarterback in the 2001 NFL season.
The Patriots’ six total Super Bowl victories match only the Pittsburgh Steelers, who stood alone since 2010 as the team with the most titles. The Patriots are the team with the most Super Bowl appearances (11) and Super Bowl losses (5).
The Patriots will parade through the streets of Boston Tuesday to celebrate the victory with fans.
