Linebacker Dont’a Hightower was a full participant at Patriots practice Friday after he missed Thursday’s walkthrough because of an illness.

“He did everything today,’’ coach Bill Belichick said. “You could hear him talking out there, and that’s usually a good sign with him. He has plenty of energy.’’

According to a pool report, the Patriots’ practice lasted just over an hour. The team wore helmets and jerseys (no shells) and practiced with more tempo than in Thursday’s walkthrough.

Defensive tackle Malcom Brown (calf) also was a full participant after being limited on Wednesday.

For the Los Angeles Rams, safety Blake Countess (foot) and kicker Greg Zuerlein (left foot) were both full participants.
