In the comments, Tom Brady had an encouraging message for Patriots fans (though an ominous one for Patriots’ opponents).
“Just getting warmed up,” said Brady. Gordon, who captioned the photo “opportunity,” continued to grow in the offense on Sunday, playing 61 of 64 offensive snaps.
Speaking of Instagram, the Patriots quarterback had another postgame video, taking aim at the “Bills Mafia” (New England’s Week 8 opponent):

World Series managers share rich history with Dodgers, Red Sox
: Now World Series opponents, Dave Roberts and Alex Cora were once players for both teams. Roberts’s tenure in Boston was just half a season, but it produced one of the most memorable moments in Red Sox playoff history. Cora also won a World Series with the Red Sox (in 2007). Their stories with the two teams in the Fall Classic run much deeper. [The Boston Globe]
The story behind Eric Gagne’s “first save” with the Red Sox: Despite enduring a difficult time in his short Red Sox tenure a decade ago, former closer Eric Gagne nonetheless came to the aid of current Boston closer, Craig Kimbrel. He texted Boston manager Alex Cora, saying he believed Kimbrel was tipping his pitches. [WEEI]
Cordarrelle Patterson talked about his pre-touchdown celebration: Even before he crossed the goal-line, Cordarrelle Patterson was celebrating his 95-yard kickoff return touchdown. It was a move that might not be popular with his head coach. [The Boston Globe]
