Alex Guerrero reportedly traveling on Patriots plane for preseason game against Panthers
Guerrero has been spotted in the locker room as well.
A year ago, speculation about behind-the-scenes drama swirled as Patriots coach Bill Belichick curbed the privileges of Tom Brady’s personal trainer and business partner, Alex Guerrero, in relation to the team.
Now, it appears the team restrictions on Guerrero have eased. After he was denied access from — among other places — flying on the Patriots’ plane, Guerrero was reportedly on the flight with the team to Charlotte for the third preseason game, Friday’s contest against the Panthers.
Has Tom Brady’s business partner/body coach Alex Guerrero been given more access to the Patriots this season? He’s on the team plane today on the trip to Carolina.

It’s not the first Guerrero sighting of the year. He was seen at Gillette during training camp.

And on Wednesday, he was seen in the locker room.

Guerrero is Brady’s business partner in the TB12 brand, which has a storefront in Patriot Place. He’s also Brady’s “body coach,” advocating alternative medical treatments.
Other Patriots players, starting with Willie McGinest and also including Julian Edelman, have used Guerrero as a body coach. Given his differing approach to the Patriots’ medical and training staff, it’s been a source of “tension” between the team’s staff and Guerrero.
