The Patriots will wear white jerseys in Super Bowl LII. Although they are the home team, they have decided to go with their away jerseys.
The team wearing white has won 12 of the last 13 Super Bowls, including a 3-0 mark by New England.

In the Patriots’ previous seven Super Bowls in the Tom Brady/Bill Belichick era, they have worn navy four times (2-2) and white three (3-0). In their last two Super Bowl wins, against Seattle in Super Bowl XLIX and Atlanta in Super Bowl LI, the Patriots wore white and pieced together massive fourth-quarter comebacks.
The team wore red in its Super Bowl XX loss to the Bears in the 1985 season and wore white in its Super Bowl XXXI loss to the Packers in the 1996 season.
Patriots will be the home team for the Super Bowl and can choose which uniform to wear. Their history:
