Head coach Bill Belichick and defensive coordinator Matt Patricia celebrated the team’s AFC Championship like most Patriots fans at Gillette Stadium — and at home — Sunday evening.

After trailing until the final minutes of the fourth quarter, the two shared a cathartic embrace once New England had clinched back-to-back Super Bowl berths.
