Tom Brady fights off the ‘spooky buccaneers’ in the latest ‘TB Times’ comics

With help from Nelly the Narwhal, quarterback Tom Brady and wide receiver Brandin Cooks took down their skeletal enemies in the most recent comics section of Brady’s fictitious newspaper, the TB Times.

The strip shows the quarterback’s ship getting overtaken by a pair of “spooky buccaneers,” as he walks the plank into a blue abyss. It’s there, he befriends Nelly, Queen of the Ocean.

“Come on, Nelly! Those spooky buccaneers stole my ship,” a frantic cartoon Brady proclaims.

“My waters have been bullied by those spooky buccaneers for far too long,” Nelly says, as the pair travels to defend themselves. “Thank you, Mr. Tom, for lighting the fire in an old narwhal’s soul… Let’s soak those bones!”

The duo meets up with Cooks to take down their opponents with the use of lasers, leading to the final scene of Brady raising a Patriots flag.
