Tom Brady lamented facing a Thursday night game after a Sunday loss

"I wish we would have won today, it would have made the week better.”

The Patriots won’t have too much time to reflect on a disappointing loss to the Panthers on Sunday. The team now has a quick turnaround with a trip to Tampa on Thursday night to play the Buccaneers.

Reacting to the 33-30 loss to the Panthers, Tom Brady was direct in his thoughts on what comes next. The Patriots will head to Raymond James Stadium to face quarterback Jameis Winston and a talented Buccaneers offense.

“We’ve just got to get the plan in, and figure out who’s out there, and walk through it, and get on the plane Wednesday,” Brady said. “It’s a quick turnaround. I wish we would have won today, it would have made the week better.”
