Cornerback Cyrus Jones is reportedly out for the season with a torn ACL
After going down with a knee injury during Thursday night’s preseason game against the Giants, Patriots cornerback Cyrus Jones will reportedly miss the entire regular season.
Sources told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport that Jones suffered a torn ACL and partially torn meniscus.

Jones went down in the second quarter while defending Travis Rudolph downfield.

On Friday, the 23-year-old shared an optimistic Instagram post with with the message: “Minor setback…but I’m from Baltimore. It’s nothing! #ItWasWritten.”
