There was no wild comeback at Gillette Stadium on Thursday night.
New England tied the score twice but never led in the team’s first preseason contest of the year against Jacksonville, as the Jaguars never looked back after getting on the board first with a 27-yard field goal by Jason Myers. The away team would go on to win 31-24.
