Julian Edelman is publishing a memoir called ‘Relentless’

Julian Edelman steps on the field at the start of a joint practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Tom Brady isn’t the only Patriot with a book coming out this fall. Wide receiver Julian Edelman announced on Wednesday that he will be releasing a memoir, titled Relentless, in October.

With the help of CSNNE’s Tom Curran, Relentless will chronicle Edelman’s football career, from his Pop Warner days in California to his current stardom in New England. The book will highlight how the 31-year-old has repeatedly channeled hard work and competitive energy in order to exceed expectations and prove naysayers wrong.

It will also shed light on his friendships with specific teammates, including Brady, fellow wide receiver Matthew Slater, and former teammates Wes Welker and Randy Moss.

Per the Hachette Book Group press release:

Relentless is the story of Edelman’s rise, and the continuing dominance of the Patriot dynasty, filled with memories of growing up with a father who was as demanding as any NFL coach, his near-constant fight to keep his intensity and competitiveness in check in high school and college, and his celebrated nine seasons with the Patriots.
