Buffalo Bills fans roasted Stephon Gilmore for his comments about the upcoming season
Stephon Gilmore has played in 68 games since getting drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 2012, but only seven were nationally televised as prime-time programming. The New England Patriots, on the other hand, had 23 regular-season games, 10 playoff contests, and two Super Bowls broadcast to a nationwide audience during that same period.
It’s safe to say that Gilmore is excited about the potential to receive some more screen time in the coming season. The newly signed Patriot tweeted on Monday: “My People finally going to get to see me play on tv. #Patsnation #aboutthattime.”

His comments, however, were not well received by fans of his former team. Many Twitter users clapped back at the cornerback by highlighting his on-field flubs from his five seasons in Buffalo.

I’ve watched you get torched on TV for years now. Maybe it’s best they don’t watch 😬🤷🏻♂️

Stephon Gilmore took a jab at the #Bills for not playing on national TV as much as the Patriots.
