The Patriots are already favored to repeat with Super Bowl LII win

According to oddsmakers, it's not close.

The confetti has barely settled in NRG Stadium following the dramatic ending to Super Bowl LI, yet oddsmakers are already eyeing the next NFL season.

Following the Patriots’ dramatic comeback win over the Falcons in the first ever overtime in Super Bowl history, the early forecast for the 2017 season has a familiar look to it. According to Oddsshark, the Patriots are favored to repeat as champions and win Super Bowl LII.

The Patriots are listed with 4.5:1 odds. The team deemed second-most likely to lift the Lombardi Trophy is the Cowboys with 10:1 odds.

Oddsmakers aren’t the only ones looking instantaneously at next season. Bill Belichick, speaking in a press conference on Monday morning, said that his team is already behind on preparation:
