The Patriots bolstered their running back stable Saturday, officially activating Dion Lewis to the 53-man roster, a move that was expected as he had been ramping up his activities in recent weeks.

According to a league source, no determination has been made on whether Lewis will make his season debut in Sunday’s primetime clash with the Seahawks at Gillette Stadium.
