Maybe Tom Brady really is as fast as his mom says he is

Having reminded reporters during the week that his mom thinks he’s fast even if no one else does,  Tom Brady vindicated her belief by evading Bills defenders on his way to a Patriots first down.

Spotting no open receivers on a third and five, Brady took off, thanks to a timely block from Chris Hogan:

The drive ended with a LeGarrette Blount touchdown run to give the Patriots a 38-17 lead Sunday against the Bills.
