President Obama may be a loyal Chicago sports fan, but when it comes to the NFL, even he recognizes the power of Tom Brady and the Patriots.

The commander in chief stopped by the “Sway in the Morning” radio show Friday, offering up his picks for the NBA Finals (Obama likes the Golden State Warriors as 2017 champs) and Super Bowl to hosts Sway Calloway and Heather B.

“I’ve gotta say, at this point, you’d have to put your money on Brady again,” Obama told the hosts. “I don’t see any real strong teams. Seattle [Seahawks] and Patriots have a rematch, that’s my call.”

The president’s pick of a Super Bowl XLIX rematch reflects conventional wisdom. Vegas oddsmakers list the Patriots as the favorites to win Super Bowl LI at 2-1 odds, followed by the Seahawks (6-1), Minnesota Vikings (8-1) and Dallas Cowboys (8-1).
