Let Julian Edelman’s college highlights remind you he can play quarterback

If the Patriots find themselves needing yet another quarterback then Julian Edelman has experience.

With Jimmy Garoppolo inactive against the Texans, the wide receiver would potentially be called into action on Thursday if Jacoby Brissett were to go down with injury. It was also a possibility in Week 2 against the Dolphins.

Before establishing himself as a playmaking receiver in the NFL, Edelman was a quarterback at Kent State. He threw 30 touchdowns in four seasons. Check out some of his college highlights:
