Julian Edelman on Jacoby Brissett: He’s very mature—’for a millennial’
Someone tell Julian Edelman that he’s less than seven years older than Jacoby Brissett.
From the way Edelman talks about the rookie quarterback, you would think the wide receiver is 30 going on 60.
“He is very mature and poised, especially for a millennial,” Edelman, a millennial, told the Boston Herald‘s Jeff Howe. “You know all these kids.”
As defined by the Pew Research Center, the millennial generation currently spans from those born from 1981 to 1997. Edelman was born in 1986.
But whatever the age difference, Edelman had high praise for the Patriots’ youthful third-string quarterback.
Edelman on Brissett, “he’s a baby. It’s just funny to see him the huddle and stuff. I’m proud of him. Handled it real well.”
