Kline played in 33 games over three seasons in New England, starting 18 of them. He was a part of the rotating offensive line for the 2014 Super Bowl championship team.
Rowe is the latest of former Eagles coach and head of football operations Chip Kelly’s acquisitions to be traded since his firing after last season.
