Roger Goodell and the NFL are over Deflategate. Apparently, they’ve long been over it.

The NFL commissioner was asked for his reaction to Tom Brady’s decision to end legal action and accept his suspension for the ball deflating scandal.

“We moved on from that as a league quite a long time ago,” Goodell told the New York Post’s Bart Hubbuch on Monday.

While the NFL has moved on and Brady has ended his fight over the scandal, the NFL Players Association may not be ready to give up on Deflategate. They said in a statement on July 15 that they will consider all other legal options. And according to reports, Brady has given the NFLPA permission to continue the legal battle over Deflategate.
