Stephen Gostkowski to appear on CBS’s ‘American Gothic’

Stephen Gostkowski has provided plenty of dramatic moments during past Patriots’ seasons. He’ll provide some drama this offseason as well.
The Patriots kicker will make a guest appearance on the new CBS TV series “American Gothic,” a CBS spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday. The series, set in Boston, will debut on Wednesday night. As first reported by Boston magazine, Gostkowski will play himself in Episode 3, “Nighthawks.”

AMERICAN GOTHIC centers on a prominent Boston family [the Hawthorne family] reeling in the wake of the chilling discovery that someone in their midst is linked to an infamous string of murders. As shocking secrets from the past and present are revealed, their mounting suspicion and paranoia that one of them is a killer threatens to tear the family apart.
According to Boston, Alison Hawthorne will ask Gostkowski for his support in her campaign for mayor, though the endorsement is “complicated by the risky actions of one of her siblings.”
