This 93-year-old WWII vet is more upset about the Deflategate ruling than you

And he made sure to let the Court of Appeals know.

The U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated Tom Brady’s four-game suspension for Deflategate in April—and this 93-year-old WW II veteran is still really upset about it.

Warren Lessing, of DeLand, Florida, wrote a typed letter to the Second Circuit to voice his “personal opinion as guaranteed by the U.S. Supreme Court under Freedom of Speech” regarding Deflategate.

In the letter, Lessing says he also wrote a letter to Roger Goodell stating he thought “it was a stupid, asinine ruling.”

But that he doesn’t think the blame ends with Goodell.

“Correct me if I am wrong, but isn’t this still the United States where a person is innocent until proven guilty?,” Lessing wrote. “Tom Brady was never proven guilty. Don’t you have anything more important to do?”
