Danny Amendola reportedly has knee and ankle surgery: Danny Amendola, who recently accepted a sharp pay cut to remain with the Patriots for 2016, might miss part of training camp and potentially some of the regular season after undergoing offseason surgeries for his ankle and knee, a league source said on Tuesday. Red Sox’ Jackie Bradley Jr. awarded AL Player of the Week honors: Jackie Bradley Jr. has a new honor to go along with all of those hits he’s been racking up.
