Patriots present physicist Stephen Hawking with customized ‘Pi’ jersey

Earlier this week, the Patriots gave jersey numbers to newcomers like Chris Long and Martellus Bennett. Theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking got a number, too: Pi.

While in New England to deliver a lecture on black holes at Harvard, Hawking met with Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who gave him a custom Patriots jersey.
