Dominique Easley says thanks to the Patriots

After being cut by the Patriots on Wednesday, defensive tackle Dominique Easley showed his gratitude for having the opportunity to play in New England by posting a thank you note on his Instagram account.

The Boston Globe reported Thursday that the team released the former first-rounder after issues regarding his attitude came into fruition, including his maturity and ability to handle being a professional athlete.

The 24-year-old had 24 tackles, three sacks, and one interception in 22 games with the Patriots over two years.
