Tom Brady finished the Patriots’ 35-28 loss to the Eagles with more receiving yards than Brandon LaFell.

Brady picked up all his yards on a trick play, where James White received a direct snap and reversed it to Danny Amendola, who tossed the ball to Brady for a 36-yard reception.

Brady had plenty of space to trot along the sideline, and eventually ran out of bounds. On the following play, however, Brady threw an interception.

The Patriots practiced a similar trick play during the preseason, and Brady made a one-handed catch.

Brady finished the game with 312 yards, four touchdowns (one rushing), and two interceptions. His reception was the longest of the game — it was the second catch of his 16-year career.
