Rob Gronkowski is putting himself in elite company — one spike at a time.

With his 63rd touchdown, the New England Patriots tight end has more career touchdowns than any tight end in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, surpassing Shannon Sharpe.

Tony Gonzalez is the career-leader for touchdowns among tight ends with 111, but the former Kansas City Cheif isn’t eligible for induction until 2019. San Diego Chargers tight end Antonio Gates, who caught two touchdowns Sunday, isn’t far behind Gonzalez with 103, and is the active NFL leader for tight ends.
