The Patriots are in Rex Ryan’s head.

During a press conferences Tuesday, the Buffalo Bills’ head coach was asked a question about the New York Jets (his Week 10 opponent), yet he proceeded to talk about New England.

“Everybody knows me. I circle the Patriots. That’s what I do,’’ Ryan told reporters, donning a Clemson helmet. “That quarterback never gets worse. What is wrong with him? You get older, you’re supposed to get worse!’’

Tom Brady, 38, is having one of the best starts to a season in his 16-year career. He has completed 68.6 percent of his passes for 2,076 yards, 22 touchdowns, and two interceptions. He’s also rushed for a pair of touchdowns.

He may have to wait a while. Brady reiterated in October he wanted to play for 10 more years after admitting in an email correspondence that he thought he had seven or eight more years left in the league.

“What else am I going to do?’’ Brady asked during an interview with WEEI.

Brady — who is no doubt focused on the Patriots’ opponent Sunday, the New York Giants — will square off against Ryan’s Bills in Week 11 on “Monday Night Football.’’ The Patriots signal-caller is 11-4 against Ryan extending back to when the coach was the Baltimore Ravens’ defensive coordinator.
