Jamie Collins delivered more embarrassment to the Colts special teams.
Their failed experiment with a fake-punt formation was roundly mocked Sunday night — and on Monday morning. Patriots linebacker Collins made things worse by blocking a Colts PAT following Indy’s final touchdown in the fourth quarter of the Patriots’ 34-27 win.
Collins took a running start and jumped over the offensive line by timing his hurdle with the snap. And Adam Vinatieri’s kick didn’t stand a chance, as Collins blocked the ball with his leg.
