After starting the Patriots’ preseason opener, Brady played for two drives before giving way to Jimmy Garoppolo. With a four-game suspension for Brady still looming, fans will want to see Garoppolo improve on an uneven performance in the first preseason game.

Joint Practices: The Patriots and Saints practiced together on Wednesday and Thursday at Greenbriar resort in West Virginia. Unlike some of their NFL peers, the Patriots and Saints managed to refrain from brawling in their joint workouts.
