2015 Fantasy Football sleepers
-

Teddy Bridgewater – QB – Minnesota – The second-year passer showed steady development during his rookie season, posting 200 yards or more in seven of his last nine games, and throwing a pair of passing touchdowns in four of his last six games. He did that without the 2012 NFL leading rusher, Adrian Peterson, who returns after a long suspension. It’s easy to see why people are optimistic about Bridgewater as he enters his second year in Mike Zimmer’s system.
-

Sam Bradford – QB – Philadelphia – Mark Sanchez and Nick Foles had surprising success in Chip Kelly’s system. If Bradford’s previously injured knee, ankle, and throwing shoulder hold up, then the upside is tremendous for the former No. 1 overall pick. In the Eagles’ high-tempo offense, Sanchez averaged 73 more passing yards per game and .4 passing more touchdowns than his previous career average. Bradford’s production could explode.
-

Melvin Gordon – RB – San Diego – Gordon was prolific in college at Wisconsin. It appears the Chargers added him — and only him — to be the go-to back for the 2015 season. Incumbent running backs Danny Woodhead and Branden Oliver have the ability to catch the ball out of the backfield, but neither should take away from Gordon’s first and second down snaps. If Gordon assimilates to the NFL quickly, he’ll be productive in Week 1.
-

Chris Ivory – RB – New York – The Jets supposed bell-cow running back, Ivory has competition from backs of a similar size and running style in Stevan Ridley, Bilal Powell, and Zac Stacy. His new coach Todd Bowles said Ivory could easily be an every-down back. But even if he’s occasionally splitting carries, he shouldn’t have trouble surpassing his lowly draft position of No. 81 overall, which puts him in flex range.
-

Allen Robinson – WR – Jacksonville – Hopeful about a Jaguars player? That’s right. Robinson, a former second-round pick out of Penn State, was one of the many impressive receivers in the 2014 draft class. Blake Bortles is brimming with praise for the pass-catcher, and it looks like the two will take the second-year leap together. Robinson could link up with Bortles more often and elevate far past his 87th-overall ADP.
-

John Brown – WR – Arizona – The skepticism surrounding Brown is whether he’ll get enough targets. Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd sit above him on the depth chart. But the speedy receiver proved that when he gets touches, he can be very productive. Carson Palmer will be airing it out in Bruce Arian’s offense and 31-year-old Fitzgerald is fighting father time. Brown will be worth a flier for wide receiver or flex depth (ADP: 120).
-

Jordan Cameron – TE – Miami – Ryan Tannehill can sling the ball better than Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel did last season. So when Cameron left the Browns and signed with the Dolphins this offseason, he bettered his chances at seeing more targets. Tannehill is already brimming with praise for the tight end, who is an early eighth-rounder.
-

Austin Seferian-Jenkins – TE – Tampa Bay – The Buccaneers 2014 second-rouder had a quiet, 21-reception rookie season. But there’s a new quarterback in Tampa Bay. Jameis Winston, the No. 1 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, could could look often to the 6-foot-6, 258 pound tight end. Seferian-Jenkins (ADP: 229) is the perfect player to stash on your depth chart — particularly if you’re the type that waits until the very last pick to grab your starting tight end.
