Deflategate appears to be affecting Tom Brady’s practice schedule.

For the second straight week, the New England Patriots quarterback was not present at Tuesday’s practice, per The Boston Globe’s Ben Volin. Brady was in New York on Tuesday for meetings related to his case, according to Albert Breer.

Brady missed the August 11 practice prior to attending his hearing in New York. According to USA Today’s Tom Pelissero, Brady had planned to attend the federal court hearing this Wednesday. However, Pelissero later reported there was no progress in settlement talks on Tuesday, and Brady decided not to stay for the hearing.
