Tom Brady’s appeal of his four-game suspensions will be heard Tuesday. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell refused to recuse himself in the appeal, and will be the arbiter as Brady and his advisors argue he was unjustly punished for his alleged role in the Deflategate scandal.
